Services Rendered
Services are deemed finished after a period of 5 days after project completion. Within 5 days of service completion, at the discretion of Bryan Bender Online, comparable changes can be made to projects at no additional charge. After 5 days, any action taken by Bryan Bender Online is considered new business.

Billing/Payment Information
Invoices are created on the day of service completion. Services are charged in increments of 15 minutes with a minimum of 30 minutes of billable time. Payments are expected to be made within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Delinquent payments are subject to a collections agency (additional $75 fee) and/or 15% late penalty after aforementioned 30 days. Client services may also be suspended.

Domain Transfer/Client Termination
In the event that a domain must be transferred away from Bryan Bender Online, and thus a client is terminated, a transfer/processing fee of $199.99 will incur. The client has 10 days from termination date to contact Bryan Bender Online with a current address and CD(s) or DVD(s) with domain/client files will be mailed after the aforementioned payment. After that time, all remaining files and information associated with that domain/client will be immediately expunged.

Contract Information
In some cases a written contract will be used. Since many technology related projects are time and/or remote sensitive, written contracts are not feasible. In these instances, verbal commitment and/or email communication is considered contractual and the recipient of services is obligated to render payment.
